Getting Tee Times at St Andrews
Getting tee times to play at the St Andrews complex is not as difficult to obtain as you would think. There are a total of seven courses at the complex and if you are flexible you don't even need pre-arranged tee times. I have played the Jubilee course twice and Th New Course once by just walking up to the starter and asking where I could play. My total wait time for those three rounds was less than two hours.
Now, getting tee times for The Old Course does take some planning. There are multiple ways to get those tee times. Those include:
-
Daily Ballot
-
Private Advanced Tee Times
-
Tour Supplier
-
Good friends with a local
If you want guaranteed tee times before you get on the plane then you need to be planning between 12 to 24 months in advance.
Travel There and Back has the experience to help you obtain those coveted Old Course tee times. Are you ready to talk about your options?
